I have been playing cards for almost 7 years now on a consistent basis. It feels as if my game has plateaued as of late. I try and get as much live action as I can find, yet most of my playing time is spent online. Any recommendations as to what I could do to try and elevate my game?

Also I am going to Vegas for the first time in October. Any suggestions as to where to find decent tournaments as well as good table games?
